However it seems the shutdown of the plugin tries to shutdown / terminate all other processes that are running, and so it probably is related to the shutdown server bug you're seeing. Either way, I've seen it dozens of times but the process always seems to terminate afterwards so I'm always confused by it. Doesn't look like terminate fails to me.
