RESOLVED
Now to declare projects to be loaded to perform VPE UI tests, add the following line to a
org.jboss.tools.vpe.ui.tests extension:
<testProject name="TEST_PROJECT_NAME"
path="PATH_TO_THE_PROJECT"/>
If the project is declared, it will be loaded automatically as it is requested through
org.jboss.tools.vpe.ui.test.ProjectsLoader or org.jboss.tools.vpe.ui.test.TestUtil .

Currently VPE JUnit tests can be runned only as a part of a bigger test suite like
JsfAllTests or RichFacesAllTests. It slows down the development process. A way to run the
tests one by one should be provided.
