See the attached screenshot - if the user right-clicks and selects delete for any repo,
package, or snapshot, the connection to the repo is deleted. Not the selected package,
snapshot, etc.
If the only supported action is to delete the connection to the repo, then the
'delete' option should be disabled for the other BRMS assets.
