Usage Reporting shall be 'branded' for JBoss Developer Studio. I implemented a
plugin that provides these brandings. It registers a service that the usage reporting
plugin picks and applies. Given that org.eclipse.equinox.ds is present and started, the
service that the branding plugin for JBDS declares gets started automatically.
