Now he events are fired by XULRunner 1.9. The reason was a call of
nsIWebBrowserSetup.setProperty(nsIWebBrowserSetup.SETUP_IS_CHROME_WRAPPER, 1)
in org.jboss.tools.vpe.xulrunner.browser.XulRunnerBrowser class. I did not figure out why
the line was present, but without it the events are fired. No other changes in the
behavior of XULRunner are found.

Since XULRunner 1.9 Drag&Drop events are not fired by XULRunner by some reason. It
forces us to use different workarounds for Drag&Drop. Moreover, several features, like
text Drag&Drop cannot be implemented without these events at all. So it would be very
useful to found a way to handle Drag&Drop events.
