Analyzing of scroll position from visual pane to source should be updated.
The problem is with inaccurate targetting of the source element from its visual
representation. Due to the visual page structure neighbouring elemetns could have quite
different source positions. Some compromise should be found.

When Horizontal splitting with the Source Editor is set it would be nice to have switch
to have row locked to keep the corresponding visual element on the same row as in the
source part and vice versa.
