Exception is fixed. I've attached movies with dialogs and available fixes for two
different cases. Changes will be committed as soon as I write junit.

Add Quick Fix Links to missing natures dialog.
Also it will be good move this dialog from org.jboss.tools.vpe to another package,
because its related mostly for CA work, than VPE.
