I can't capture all the console output as it fills up the screen and removes the
beginning of the errors so I have captured as much as I could.
To assist though, the errors seem to start after this step of the application server
starting:

Applying teiid-7.0.0-jboss-dist to the integrated EAP install of JBDS breaks the server.
However if you install JBossAS 5.1 (from the community) into JBDS and deploy Teiid on
that then it all works.
