[~maxandersen] Since the PR got merged, NO, the *default URL* is now the openshift.com
URL. But Fred's comment there was that it would prolly be reverted once there was
meaningful content on tools.jboss.org.

Given the very different architecture of OpenShift v3 as compared to v2, we should
provide users with a link to docs detailing the differences.
