I have tested windows build #30. There is the following problem:
jbds.link contains
path=E:\jbdevga1/studio
instead of
path=E:/jbdevga1/studio
That's why plugins from the studio directory aren't recognized.
The metadata generator application works correctly.

We need to generate p2 metadata for JBDS.
In order to do that, it is necessary to execute a generator application described in
JBDS-561 within the build for all the supported OSs.
