The WindowBuilder Editor was not installed via the Software/Update tab of JBoss Central.
As of Beta1c, it must be installed individually as demonstrated in the attached
screenshots.

When I use the Software/Update tab to install the Google Plug-In, I do not get the visual
editor as shown in this video:
