Both JBoss Portlet and JSF Portlet facets configuration presents user with two options
for providing required libraries.
"Library Provided by Target Runtime"
and
"Portlet Target Runtime Provider"
where the first option does not work. The first one should be fixed and the second
removed or the first removed.
