I have added a new feature - org.jboss.tools.tptp.feature that contains the
org.jboss.tools.tptp plugin.
This plugin is a copy of the org.jboss.tools.eclipse.as.tptp plugin. The
org.jboss.tools.eclipse.as.tptp plugin is empty now. The JBossAS Tools feature doesn't
depend on TPTP anymore.
It is necessary to add the org.jboss.tools.tptp.feature feature and org.jboss.tools.tptp
plugin to the build.

If I deploy the JBoss Tools with dropins functionality Seam
Tools(org.jboss.tools.seam.feature.feature.group) is not initializing because of the
missing BIRT and TPTP dependencies...
If I deploy these dependencies manually then it initialize it...
If Seam Tools doesn't initialize, content assist is not availible for Seam
Components.xml, missing BIRT should not effect the content assist for Seam...
