When choose xml , java ,xsd/wsdl input type , the input configuration panel will show
"Specify sample data in the Input Data section"
When choose "no input" , it will say "Input type should be
specified."
Input types with no configuration beyond specifying sample data

For Input Types without any configuration UI beyond adding a sample input data file, we
should show a label or something that says "Specify sample data in the Input Data
section." It just looks odd to not have anything showing whether you expand the
section or not and might cause some people to think something is wrong or missing.
This includes the following input types:
- XML
- Java
- XSD/WSDL
