Put mouse over one of '@Observes' and wait. Usually, correct hover appears (QuickFixHover_JustOpened.png). But, if you move mouse and/or change cursor position with it again and again (no editing, no other actions), sometimes incorrect hover appears (QuickFixHover_SomtimesLooksEmpty.png).
