I dont believe this is an upstream issue - our servers need to expose monitoring ports
setup to get it to work.

EXECUTE: Open Server view.
EXECUTE: Right click on Server > Properties.
EXECUTE: Select Monitoring. Press Add button.
EXECUTE: Add port number in "Monitor port". Try to select something from
drop-down menu "Content".
FAILURE: Content menu is empty. But Ok button is enabled. When Ok button pressed -
nothing happens (except wizard closing).
