1. default path is fixed for windows and it is user home folder now
2. privilege lifting and registry modifications are disabled (see
https://issues.jboss.org/browse/JBDS-1470?focusedCommentId=12574559&p...
and https://issues.jboss.org/browse/JBDS-1329)
3. https://issues.jboss.org/browse/JBDS-1329 is fixed because administrative rights are
not required for installation
Update is disabled for all feautures under Windows 7 if JBDS is
installed into "Program FIles" folder
