C, might have two variations:
C.a: run arquillian against eclipse configured server remotely (tools ensures the server
is started and arquillian just talk to it remotely)
C.b: run arquillian using settings from eclipse server, tools ensures server is stopped,
and arquillian does the launching.

Arquillian allows you to run tests on multiple containers, which can be configured via
which dependency you use in Maven, or in the future programmatically/declaratively.
JBoss Tools could offer a "Run As" option for all supported containers,
overriding this choice on a one-off basis.
