FYI m2eclipse 0.12.x license is already EPL 1.0. However it contains ASL licensed
librairies (maven embeddeder, plugins, 3rd party jars ...)
Starting from 0.13, the project is moving to the Eclipse foundation.
Detail what 3rd party projects should be included in JBDS 4.x
