@Retention(RUNTIME)

}
-open it in the editor
=> error appears on the line with @Target saying: "Qualifier annotation type must
be annotated with @Target({TYPE, METHOD, FIELD, PARAMETER}) or @Target({METHOD, FIELD})
[JSR-299 §2.3.2, §10.1]" which is what I already have.
JSR-299, §10.1 says that '@Target({FIELD, PARAMETER})' is allowed instead of
'@Target({METHOD, FIELD})'
