would require a patch to eclipse upstream i imagine.
Problem is all the server actions only work on servers, not modules. it would require
changing several classes and the servertools team is very anal about making changes. They
dislike it.

When you are using manual incremental publish, is very useful to have Publish button on
toolbar, like start and stop server.
And maybe a keyboard shortcut ?
