In the Getting Started with JBoss Developer Studio documention, section 2.1.1 mentions
using the JBoss Server View for starting and stopping the server. In the IDE, when
selecting this view, it indicates that the view is deprecated. Should this be added to
the documentation or document the preferred view to do this?
