This somehow reminds me bugs from the old times but I currently dont know how to fix it.
I tried several approaches:
* using ColumnPixelData instead of ColumnWeightData: the odd behavior is gone, but columns
are initially set to a fixed width. Since we dont know how large the eclipse windows will
be, this seems like a bad option to me.
* If I pack all columns, the bug is gone, too. The columns are then shrinked to the least
space needed to display the largest label in any of the entries in the table. The table
then behaves as if it was set to ColumnPixelData but the last column takes all the space
that is left and gets too wide.

and the results does not look well either.
Instance view, Image view: resizing columns behaves odd
