The test fails both in trunk as well. Issue is not reproduced when test is run from
Eclipse. It is not test itself that fails, but the import of test project. It is done in
the same manner as import of all other our test projects. Exception happens in
ImportOperation class where unexpectedly it receives null container for a file to be
imported.
I would suspect that test plugin is run as jar, then test project location would be
resolved as file (rather than folder) location and it can explain that ImportOperation
tries import root of test project itself as a file but has no container for it.

Guess it really was an issue w/ jarred vs. unpacked plugins. This means that
org.jboss.tools.test.util.ResourcesUtils.importProject should really be rewritten to

Not sure about 3.1.x branch, but shouldn't the class just be able to unjar the plugin
to get the project dir, instead of failing? It's great to trap the error and tell the
test writer what went wrong, but that doesn't get us closer to a working test when run
w/ Tycho.
