It's easy enough to generate one as we push that content onto maven.repository.redhat.com, though. Basically, the .index/* stuff is used when searching for dependencies from m2eclipse. If you right-click on a project, select Maven -> Add Dependency, or open the POM, select the Dependencies tab, and click the Add... button, the dialog that comes up allows you to type a free-form project name fragment, and it'll search the Maven indexes it has access to for a (list of) matches.
