--------------------------------
Resolution: Done
issue should be resolved. Also, once changed, it should now actually run with the proper
vm, as well ;)
Can't change the jvm for jboss server without loosing the
"run.jar"
-------------------------------------------------------------------
Key: JBIDE-1292
URL:
http://jira.jboss.com/jira/browse/JBIDE-1292
Project: Tools (JBoss Tools)
Issue Type: Bug
Components: JBossAS
Affects Versions: 2.0.0.CR1
Reporter: Max Andersen
Assigned To: Rob Stryker
Priority: Minor
Fix For: 2.0.1
I started rhds/jbosstools with java 6 and created the server which then used java 6
I installed jdk 5 and wanted to use that instead - changed the JRE in the launch
configuration but the classpath still pointed to java6 - clicked restore default entries
and it removed the run.jar and consequently I couldn't start jboss.
How do I change the JRE without loosing the run.jar ? How do I get it back again without
manually having to find it ?
