Len DiMaggio commented on JBIDE-18521:
--------------------------------------
Seeing this behavior with the GA JBDS 8 bits on RHEL7
Java 8, GTK3 (default) - OK
Java 8, GTK2 - OK
Java 7, GTK3 (default) - OK
Java 7, GTK2 - BrowserSim has failed to start with the following error: To use BrowserSim
please install webkitgtk 1.2.0 or highers or run BrowserSim with Oracle 7u7 and higher
But - this is installed:
rpm -qa | grep webkit
webkitgtk3-2.0.4-6.el7_0.1.x86_64
On RHEL7, Browsersim cannot use the SWT Browser (GTK2) as the browser
engine
