[~maxandersen] To make installer EPL we now need to replace license to EPL throughout
jbdevstudio-product/installer, Is that correct?
What should we do with sources copied from IzPack like this one

Also installer itself just a jar without any license information in any form. Should we
fix that as well?
We always can switch to low level implementation and just run p2Director with bundled or
remote jbds p2repository right from Developer Platform Installer, which means no need to
re-license jbds installer.
JBDS Installer should be EPL licensed

For the Developer Platform to be able to bundle JBDS, it needs to be licensed as ASLv2 or
EPL and not GPL
