Couple of things...
1) Seems to work fine for the non-XML-to-XML case, so what's different about the one
that works vs. XML2XML?
2) Do we have Undo hooked into the shortcuts yet? Ctrl+Z should undo, Ctrl+Shift+Z should
redo in Eclipse

Lastly, Dart, you should have waited for feedback on your changes and attached a patch
before delivering them to trunk. Obviously your patch doesn't handle the XML2XML case
since there are additional issues you pointed out in the screencast and as such it's
not a complete solution for the bug.
