I'll assume you mean the current Open With menu on servers is not enough since it just
works on the "root" of the server.
Thus the Open With I envision would be on the module level and it should simply just do
"Open with > Browse" on the resources it makes sense (i.e. war and ear, but
not jar and ds.xml and similar).
Then the browser you have configured in eclipse to browse is used to open it.
From here Mobile Browser can be easily opened by clicking on the
Mobile Icon when the internal browser is used - it will pick up the url from the current
selection/editor.

I think I like the Show In option as well - I never use the Show In on the server itself
because it says "Welcome (Root) Page" which is not intuitive to me.
The reason this is more important is because some of the quickstart project names are
fairly long, making it harder to key into the browser's URL field.
And New does not really belong on this context-menu - if I am selecting an application -
this is not "New Application" it is "New Server" which does not fit in
this context. :-)
And my context-menu has icons on it - I will upload a screenshot.
