Release Notes Text: The CDI validator would treat @Inject and
@RestClient("...") ServiceInterface injection as unstatisfied dependencies. This
caused an incorrect warning message to appear. To fix the issue, the CDI Seam Core Rest
files have been modified to correctly validate @Inject and @RestClient("...")
ServiceInterface properties, ensuring the warning message no longer appears.
