The prompt offers to create or start a server as necessary. In BrowserSim, there is no prompt when a user selects 'Enable LiveReload' and no LiveReload server exists or the server is stopped. It would be great to add a prompt as above. [Screenshot attached of the other prompt but I don't think the wording of it is great and have put in JBIDE-15074 suggesting changes.]
