Description:
KBbuilder should load Composite Components from JSF resource folders and add them to KB
module to be avaliable for Code Assist.
Testcase:
1. Create JSF 1.2 with Facelets project.
2. Open it in Web Projects view
3. In Web Content create folder 'resources'
4. In this folder create folder 'sample'
5. In 'sample' invoke New->File->Composition Component
6. Input name 'tag' and finish.
7. Under 'sample' appeared tag.xhtml which has child Interface. File is opened in
VPE.
8. Open pages/greeting.xhtml
9. Insert
xmlns:sample="http://java.sun.com/jsf/composite/sample" into <html
...> header
10. Invoke code assist and find <sample:tag> proposal
