Three threads at the same time execute here. One is doing an incremental build on the
project, the other two are doing archive model listeners which are responding to an
updated structure. Need to try to isolate control over this type of thing.

ok my previous bugs seem to be unrelated to the exception attached, but still seem to be
project archives issues.
I am still unable to replicate hte exception above and have never seen it before, so
I'm going to mark this for 3.2.x. If I manage to get great instructions on how to
replicate that I *can* replicate, and I find some way to fix it, I'll retarget as I
find the fix.
