This issue is caused by not finding the wsproviderinvokecommand class in the plugins. Why?
because I delete the class when I fixed the JBIDE-3783. And then I found the tests can not
pass, so I created JBIDE-4219 and fixed it.
After these fix, I saw this issue. So I think this issue should be duplicated.
