A problem with it appeared when we implemented JBIDE-13525 (synchronized windows of BrowserSim). Basically synchronized windows looked the same as links opened in new windows. *Update2:* We decided to not create new windows for "open in new window" because of the problem above. For now 'new window' links are opened in the same window.
