The update site for Tern.java v.1.2.1 is: http://oss.opensagres.fr/tern.repository/1.2.1/ There is no a release of AngularJS-eclipse based on Tern.java v.1.2.1 (the latest one is 1.2.0). So, the problem here is once AngularJS-eclipse update site incorporates the features and plugins of Tern.java, the update site of AngularJS-eclipse v.1.2.0 contains the features and plugins of Tern.java v.1.2.0 (not of v.1.2.1).
