Resolution: Done
A critical fix was included so that any fileset will NOT match any file under it's
root archive's OUTPUT location. The UI still needs to be updated, but at least for
this case, OOM exceptions and copy errors will cease.
Patch committed to both trunk and maintenance.

How to replicate the bug:
1) Create a java project JP
2) Create a folder inside: outputs
3) Create a project archives for project JP where the destination is outputs/JP.jar
4) Create a fileset under the root archive matching everything
5) Ensure no copy error dialogs appear, and no OOM errors appear.
