This is an issue of WTP EJB Tools. I've reported it to bugzilla -
https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=315390
I think this error marker should be a WARNING by default. But now user even can't
change the severity of the problem via preferences.

I committed a workaround for this issue. EJB3 validator has been excluded for projects
with seam and cdi natures. It's ok since the validator only checks if a project has
EJBs. But when this validator contains some useful checks then we will have to find
another solution.
