Following these steps:
1) Create a new Dynamic Web Project
2) Use the "Create a Sample Web Service" wizard. Click Finish
3) Use the "Create a Sample Web Service" wizard again.
4) Leave the class name as "HelloWorld" and change the package name to
"x.y.z". It automatically changes the web service name to
"HelloWorld1"
5) Click Finish
It works for me. I get two web services defined in the same project/web.xml.

This patch changes it from a simple "class.java" test in the project to a more
specific "src" folder + "package path" + "class.java" test
