When Android 17 or later is not installed (JBIDE-15885), error message states:
Please install Android target17 Run `android` from your command-line to install/upgrade
any missing SDKs or tools.
Suggested improvement:
Please install Android API 17 or later. use the Android SDK Manager to install or upgrade
any missing SDKs to tools.
1. Better to say 17 or later and not just 17
2. Better not to be specific about how to do 'run android from command line' -
some people might have ADT installed in Eclipse, and android doesn't necessarily have
to be executed form command line on all systems.
