The explore action is *always* working, even if it sometimes browses to the wrong folder. I'm retargeting this to CR1 until we can get more info, however, I just made a commit which makes browsing to child modules (like in your picture) open the correct folder. But to be clear, I am unable to replicate your screenshot, where the explore action is not functional.
