MyBean *is* eligible despite being annotated @Exclude, since ExcludeExtension is deactivated using the core DeltaSpike mechanism of deactivation (ClassDeactivator). There does not seem to be a (simple) solution to this other than executing the code in all available ClassDeactivators.
