It looks like Subclipse 1.12 (the plugin present on the 1.12 update site) is in fact
Subclipse 1.10.13 (that's what it installed for me). According to [1], it indeed is
basically the same as 1.10, the only updated thing is the JavaHL 1.9 plugin, which we
don't include. So the only thing that would really update is the SVNKit library.
Judging by the post [1], 1.12 doesn't even really 'support' svn 1.9, it just
should sort of work.

Overall, it all look the same as before with the 'svn 1.9 should work now'
promise. I wouldn't mind updating it (you can take it as a +1).
update the versions of SVNKit and Subclipse we bundle in Red Hat

We could consider updating the versions of SVNKit and Subclipse we bundle in Red Hat
Central.
Currently we have:
* Subclipse 1.10.9 / clientadapter 1.10.3
* svnkit 1.8.10 (supports up to svn 1.8)

* svnkit 1.8.12 (supports up to svn 1.9 -
