Aaron Pestel commented on JBIDE-5596:
-------------------------------------
Screenshots are there now. Please let me know if it doesn't make sense. I agree
it's a minor issue. For some reason, it has just been annoying to me in the past. I
guess I must often have the properties panel too small when I get to that screen, so I try
to make it bigger which actually makes it worse. Just something that's bugged me for
several versions I think, just never got around to reporting it.
I'm guessing that the panel has a preferred size with some variable
(size=windowSize-25) or something that makes the default preferred size of the panel be
larger than the space available for the panel - even though it doesn't need the extra
space.
ESB Node Properties for Input/Output variables grows larger than
panel when panel is resized.

Key: JBIDE-5596
URL:
https://jira.jboss.org/jira/browse/JBIDE-5596
Project: Tools (JBoss Tools)
Issue Type: Bug
Components: jbpm
Affects Versions: 3.1.0.M4
Environment: JBDS 3.0 M4
Reporter: Aaron Pestel
Assignee: Viacheslav Kabanovich
Priority: Minor
Fix For: 3.1.0.CR2, 3.2.next
Attachments: ESB_Input_Dragged_More_to_Left_Buttons_Gone.png,
ESB_Input_Dragged_Slightly_to_Left.png, ESB_Input_Normal_Default.png
To reproduce:
1.) Drag an ESB Service node on jBPM Diagram Pallette
2.) Click on (select) the new ESB Service node
3.) Select the Properties view tab
4.) Click the ESB subtab of the ESB Properties panel
5.) Click the "Input" subsubtab of the ESB subtab of the ESB Properties panel
6.) Grab the left edge of the "Properties" panel and move it to the left
(increasing the width of the Properties panel)
7.) Note that the ESB Input sub panel grows wide faster than its Properties panel
container such that you can no longer see the "Add" button in the ESB Input sub
panel without scrolling.
