I don't think any of this is doable or at least not maintainable from the tooling side
since the ant files can be changed between releases etc.
Brian, care to look if there is something we can do or if not relay to the runtime team to
provide a way for us to import it.

I'm attaching a set of Python scripts I've put together to convert existing
runtime examples (such as ESB, which is what I've been focused on) to importable
Eclipse projects.
It's not perfect, but I can run the script, import the created project, and deploy the
project - even test it in a few cases.
It needs a lot of cleanup and doesn't work in all cases, but it's a start if
nothing else.
