My Eclipse workspace also resides in user A's home directory, i.e. {{C:\Users\A\workspace}}. I had the same issue with my wildfly residing und {{C:\wildfly}}. It seems to help to recursively change the owner of all files in both the wildfly directory and the workspace directory to the current user (user A).
