On linux I don't see any error so I managed to get a few others to test it as well and
there was no error. My guess is that it might be the svn tool you are using, since none of
those names should be breaking any Windows character limit.

I tried to checkout with the latest SVN clients for Windows: Slik-Subversion-1.6.12 and
CollabNetSubversion-client-1.6.12-1. The error still appears to me.

Just encountered same issue. Problem is that there are two files in
hibernatetools\docs\task-reference\en-US folder with name differing only in case:
sect-Hibernate_Tools_Reference_Guide-Concepts-Ant_Tasks-Hibernate_Configurations.xml
and
sect-Hibernate_Tools_Reference_Guide-Concepts-Ant_tasks-Hibernate_configurations.xml,
and that Windows unlike Linux is "case-preserving, but case-insensitive".
