If you click the CA icon appearing next to the qualifier field, you will see that info. If you don't enter anything, you will get an error. All the constraints defined within the arquillian schema are included in the model. For example, the qualifier field doesn't have a default value and, since the field is required, you will get an error if you don't enter a value. There is no naming convention. It is an ordinary string. All the fields that have a default value are already set to this value (defined in the Sapphire model). Arquillian.xml contains only two default values: container's and group's "default" attribute is false by default The qualifier determines which container will be used.
