It is actually an IzPack issue. desktop file should have execution permissions to be able
show the Icon.
I've workarounded that by adding hidden panel wich is executes shell script to make
.desktop file executable.

Try to start JBDS anyway, even the icon is missing and answer "Mark as Trusted"
on "Untrusted application launcher" request, then after icon is loaded start it
again using desktop short-cut
